SGA Ensemble Performs
Welcome to SGA!
We the board, administration, faculty, staff, and students would like to welcome you to our website and Christian school. Among the many outstanding features of SGA including the warmest, friendliest campus around, we are pleased to announce our latest program to make our academy a cutting-edge school of technology with the adoption of a laptop computer program. As we head into the 2008-09 school year, all students in grades 6-12 will have their own laptop computers. Teachers have been trained to integrate technology into the daily curriculum and classes. Students will be trained for 21st century learning, equipping them like never before for the competitive job and education market.
We are excited about the incredible learning potential of our school and want you to be aware of our services to you. Listed below is a brief paragraph about our school history. We invite you to contact our office for more information about how you can be a part of it, too.
Located in San Gabriel, California, and founded in 1955, San Gabriel Academy is an independent, coeducational, college preparatory Seventh-day Adventist school for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. Students from a variety of cultures are offered many opportunities to interact with their teachers and one another. SGA offers opportunity for learning and growth in academic, spiritual, social, and physical activities. Upon graduation from SGA, students may transition to our sister schools of La Sierra University or Pacific Union College, or attend the public or private university of their choice. Many of SGA students eventually are accepted into another of our sister education institutions, the prestigious Loma Linda University, specializing in areas such as medicine and dentistry.
Thank you again for taking your time to visit our website. Feel free to contact the school for additional information or email me at sgaprincipal@gmail.com.
God bless,
Dave Gillham, Principal
